Best Teeth Whitening Methods
In the last decade we have seen that the teeth whitening has been the favorite cosmetic option one goes for. Americans are specially inclined towards teeth whitening treatments which ensure good white teeth without any health hazards. What is the best teeth whitening treatment out there? Is there a clear winner or is there a bunch that gets the same results? All these questions have hovering across the horizon for decades. Often it is the teeth whitening strips and gels that have stand the test of time in whitening the highly stained teeth. But again what all are the option in teeth whitening treatments for the people.
1. Teeth Whitening It is probably the best teeth whitening solution in the recent days. Personally I have tried teeth whitening strips called Ez Bright Smile Strips which give the instant kick to my personality. My smile suddenly changed after this. Firstly I thought that it was like all other teeth whitening strips which claim a lot but are good for nothing but the usage changed my opinion. Most of my stains took only about a week to disappear. The best part was I did not have to invest as the company offered free trials of the stuff.
2. Dental Whitening
Well that is the best way of whitening treatment as far as the highly stained teeth is concerned. You get your dentist to do it for you! It is often the easiest method which gets the longest lasting results. The problem, however, is that is can cost you an arm and a leg! To give you an idea of the cost, my dentist quoted me $650 for two sessions. That was NOT going to fly with me, so I decided to try out the product below.
3. Teeth Whiten Gels

I like them little stripes you can put on your teeth and you just leave them and after a while they dissolve. I personally think they work. My teeth seem a lot whiter.

Whiting Strips will work really well but can make make your teeth and gums sensitive if overused. This could be a problem when consuming cold drinks! So, use the strips less often then the recommended time or use EzBright-Pro which reduces teeth sensitivity
