Granules: crystal MSG, granule medicine, capsules, seeds, raw chemical materials, sugar, chicken essence, melon seeds, nuts, pesticides, fertilizers, feed, etc.
Liquid: detergent, yellow rice wine, soy sauce, rice vinegar, juice, tomato paste, peanut paste, fruit paste, chili sauce, bean sauce, etc.
Powder: flavoring, MSG, milk powder, glucose, washing powder, raw chemical materials, white sugar, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.
Paste: tomato sauce, curry paste, mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, black pepper sauce, chocolate spread, peanut butter, soybean paste, hummus, mashed potatoes, etc.
Bag Loading: Vacuum suction cups pick up premade pouches from the magazine and transfer them steadily to the rotary clamp.
Date Coding: Non-contact inkjet printing applies production dates, expiry dates, and batch numbers on the pouches. High-definition laser coding is optional.
Pouch Opening: High-pressure air or mechanical fingers open the pouch mouths steadily to enable accurate filling.
Primary Filling: Supports auger, volumetric cup, and liquid pump metering systems for precise main and large-volume filling.
Secondary Filling / Reserved Station: Provides a flexible station for auxiliary filling of sauce packets and dried vegetables. It can also be reserved for inspection and material settling for complex packaging.
Sealing Pre-treatment: The machine cleans pouch residues and smooths curled edges to ensure a perfect airtight seal.
Precision Sealing: Temperature-controlled sealing jaws apply precise heat and pressure to form firm airtight seals for different pouch materials.
Seal Shaping: Cooled, pressure-shaped seals release stress for flatter, stronger, neater, and more premium sealing results.
